1、 Waste gas treatment
1. Inert gas protection
During high-temperature processes such as welding and hot working, argon or helium gas is used for protection to prevent harmful dust generated by titanium oxidation.
2. Exhaust gas collection and treatment
The fluorine-containing waste gas generated during the acid washing process is neutralized and treated through an alkali spray tower, with a removal rate of over 95%.
The smelting workshop is equipped with a gas collection hood, and the exhaust gas is discharged after bag dust removal and activated carbon adsorption.
2、 Wastewater recycling
1. Acid washing wastewater treatment
Fluorine containing wastewater is treated using a two-stage precipitation method of lime calcium chloride, which can reduce the fluoride ion concentration to below 10mg/L.
The neutralized acidic wastewater is reused in the flushing process to achieve zero discharge.
2. Closed loop circulation of cooling water
The cooling water of the rolling equipment is circulated after sedimentation and filtration, reducing fresh water consumption by up to 80%.
3、 Resource utilization of waste residue
1. Titanium scrap recycling
The titanium chips generated by cold processing are regenerated through vacuum melting, with a recovery rate of over 90%, and are used to produce low-grade titanium materials.
2. Oil containing waste residue treatment
After high-temperature incineration, cutting fluid waste residue is utilized as building materials.
4、 Clean production optimization
1. Process improvement
Adopting acid free mechanical polishing technology to reduce the amount of waste acid solution generated.
Promote continuous rolling process, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional processes.
2. Equipment upgrade
Use enclosed centrifuges, magnetic pumps, and other equipment to reduce the risk of material leakage.
5、 Environmental management measures
Implement ISO 14001 system and regularly monitor noise and dust emissions in the factory area.
